Polygel 35 is a self-thickening, brush-on polyurethane liquid mold rubber designed for making thin, stretchy brushed molds. When Part A & Part B are mixed together, the rubber self-thickens to a creamy consistency ideal for making molds on vertical and overhead surfaces. Mold makers often apply the first layer of Polygel 35 without any additional thickener and then add PolyFiber II Thickeners to subsequent layers. Sprayable versions of Polygel are also available in a Shore A35 hardness (Polygel Spray 35) and Shore A5 hardness (Polygel Spray 5).
